Currently sitting in my hotel room eating leftovers of the chicken Caesar salad I got for lunch and it’s STILL GOOD. Homemade garlicky dressing; big shavings of parm; and juicy, fresh chicken. Service was lovely, cold brew hit the spot. Free WiFi. A gem! Stop in!
We came in on Thanksgiving to check it out! The seasonal peppermint matchas were SO good! I am so happy to have a coffee shop in Cohoes! I will be coming back soon! Ps.. love that you guys use Utica Coffee!❤️

My mom and I stopped by the Daisy Cafe on our way through town. It was incredible! The atmosphere is adorable, it’s a perfect spot to cozy up and do some work or reading. The service was great and the staff was so friendly. My mom had the pistachio latte, and said it was the best coffee she’s had! We will definitely be back
Absolutely amazing coffee, staff and service. If you haven't been here..... run! They use Utica coffee which is top notch. The specialties taste as they should. You wouldn't second guess the flavors. Top 3 in the 518. This is no longer a sleeper pick. Im going to go back time and time again! This is a must try spot.
Stopped in at Daisy Café and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was solid, the food was hot, fresh, and clearly made to order; simple, but genuinely delicious. What really sets this little spot apart is the atmosphere. The inside is adorable. Warm, cozy, and the kind of place that makes you want to settle in, sip a little longer, and just enjoy the moment. The staff sealed the deal: friendly, kind, and welcoming without being over the top. Parking was easy, too with plenty of street parking and a lot right across from the building. Would, and absolutely will, go again. A sweet little gem in Cohoes.
Absolutely hands down the best strawberry matcha in the capital region. I stumbled upon Daisy's cafe while looking for a matcha to get delivered. It was so incredibly delicious. This is downright addictive. We also tried their speciality lattes and lotus energy drinks. We did not dine in or, grab and go in person so we cannot comment on the service or atmosphere. We highly recommend and would definitely go if you are in the area.
Lattes, especially the fun rotating specialty ones are incredible! Food and pastries are great, the cream cheese of the week always has a unique and delicious flavor. I love that there's such a great local coffee spot here in Cohoes! Always my favorite way to treat myself, if you're a pistachio lover like me grab the Nutty by Nature. Staff is also very kind and caring!
I'm visiting for a few weeks from out of state and have made Daisy's Cafe my peaceful workspace. Not for work, but for private, undisturbed reflection as I write my memoir. I highly recommend this place. They have a balanced menu of food, snacks, treats, coffee, refreshers, Tea, and cocktails! Atmosphere is superb. Thanks, Daisy's!
